REUSABLE-LASTS ALL DAY-NO REFRIGERATION

Soak ICEENOW cooling neck wrap in cool water for 5 minutes. Spread contents in chamber. Soak 15 minutes more. DO NOT OVER-HYDRATE. Put around neck. Dip in water to refresh. To clean: hand wash with mild soap, rinse and air dry. To reuse: re-soak to original size.
